The linear rail is one of  the major component of YITONG ODS (Outlay Dual Shafts Guide System). It includes an aluminum body and 2 pieces high precision﹑hardened linear shafts that are inlaid into the aluminum body. Another major linear rail element of ODS is the sliding carriage, which is mounted with four pieces high quality LFR series track rollers, two pieces of them have eccentric functions, and very easy for adjusting the clearance of this system.

ODS have a low coefficient of friction and well performance in high speed and high accelerations. The linear rail and the carriage block are all drilled with mounting holes, easy for mounting. The preload of ODS could be adjusted freely to meet various application requirements. ODS have a long service life. Track rollers are available on stock for customers’ replacement. Custom drilled services on the rails are also available from YITONG.
